Submitting information through this website is not a rental agreement, purchase contract, credit approval, or guarantee of any kind. All rentals require a separate signed vehicle agreement. A rent-to-own interest submission is not an offer to sell and does not guarantee ownership.

Vehicle availability, prices, deposits, down payments, and program terms may change. If any website language conflicts with your final signed vehicle-specific agreement, the signed agreement controls.

• Provide complete and accurate information and documents.
• Do not upload another person’s documents or identification.
• Obtain and continuously maintain qualifying full-coverage insurance that covers the vehicle and your intended use.
• Accurately disclose how you intend to use the vehicle.

Approval may depend on your driver’s licence, verified income, insurance eligibility, driving history, background review, required upfront payment, intended use, and vehicle availability. The absence of a traditional credit check does not mean automatic approval.

Rideshare and delivery applicants are responsible for meeting their platform’s current vehicle, insurance, and documentation requirements. Confident Drive Rentals is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or any other platform.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its data, upload malicious files, interfere with the operation of the site, scrape or misuse content, submit fraudulent applications, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

The website, its content, branding, photographs, and design are owned by Pimentel Business Solutions LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute relating to the website Terms is in Broward County, Florida, unless the signed vehicle agreement states otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
