We do not sell applicant identification documents or income documents. Application documents are not attached to ordinary email notifications; internal notifications contain only a secure link to the application record.

• Sensitive uploads from applications that do not result in a transaction are ordinarily deleted 90 days after the final decision or last activity.
• Sensitive uploads from approved customers are ordinarily deleted 90 days after the rental or rent-to-own relationship ends, unless needed for an active claim, dispute, fraud investigation, or legal obligation.
• Agreements, payments, tax records, claims, and transaction history follow a separate, legally appropriate retention schedule.

Uploaded documents are stored in a private storage location that is not publicly accessible, using randomized file names. Access is limited to authorized administrators, document access is logged, and administrative viewing links expire after five minutes. No system can promise absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed improperly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information where legally available by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to operate the site and process your application.
